Detailed Terms

• At registration a $200 refundable cash deposit is required for customers using cash, cashiers check or certified funds.  A Bank Letter of Guaranty is required for customers using personal or company checks.  These are the only forms of payment accepted (no credit cards).
  
  
• All merchandise is strictly sold "As Is", "Where Is".  No guaranty expressed or implied.
   
• Brunson & Associates, Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft or damage.  All merchandise becomes the responsibility of the buyer when struck down to the highest bidder.
   
• All sales are final.  Absolutely no refunds!
   
• No merchandise may be removed until the conclusion of the auction and only when accompanied by a paid receipt.
   
• A 10% buyers premium will be added to the purchase price of all items.
   
• The auctioneer conducting this sale is licensed by The Department of Licensing and Regulations and is bonded in favor of The State of Texas.  Direct any complaints to The Department of Licensing and Regulation @ (512) 463-2906.
   
• Trading and resale of property purchased at auction is strictly prohibited on auction premises.  Any such acts will revoke all bidding privileges.
   
• All property purchased at auction is to be removed by original purchaser and only with a paid Brunson & Associates invoice.
   
• Any announcements made the day of the sale will supersede all others.
   
• No children please.
   
• There will be no exceptions to these terms.
